Manifest
Daily record · App Store Connect

Apple’s API forgets
your numbers after
fourteen days.

The App Store Connect API only serves a rolling two-week window. Manifest pulls it every morning and keeps it, so a year from now you can still see what last March actually did.

Manifest's portfolio overview: every tracked app in one list with week-over-week trends, computed highlights, and honest waiting-on-Apple states instead of invented zeros.

Illustrative data — a sample portfolio, not a real account.

What you get
that Apple
won’t give you

Manifest doesn’t replace App Store Connect — it records it. Everything below is arithmetic over reports Apple already publishes to you, computed once a day and kept.

Paste it into
your own AI

Manifest never calls an AI itself — every number on screen is arithmetic. But “Copy for AI” puts a plain-text export on your clipboard, ready to paste into whatever Claude, ChatGPT, or Codex session you already use, so it can reason about your actual numbers instead of guessing at general App Store advice.

What you paste
App Store Connect record for "Pixel Quest", exported from Manifest.
Covering 2026-06-27 to 2026-08-25 (60 days on record).

How to read this: every figure is a sum, ratio, or difference over
Apple's own reports — nothing is estimated or AI-generated. A line
marked "pending" means Apple's report hasn't landed yet, NOT zero.

## Week-over-week trend
- Downloads: 176 this week vs 106 last week (+66.0%)
- Impressions: 4,480 this week vs 5,320 last week (-15.8%)
- Tap-through rate: 5.9% this week vs 4.2% last week (+1.7pp)

## Computed highlights
- [up] Downloads climbing: 176 this week vs 106 the week
  before (+66%).
- [notice] US drives most of your downloads: 73% of
first-time downloads in this pull came from US (128 of 175).

## What to do with this
Based on the trend, the highlights, and the territory detail
above, what would you prioritize over the next few weeks to
grow downloads and revenue? Reference specific numbers from
this export, and treat any "pending" line as unknown, not zero.

Excerpt — the real export also includes report coverage and the full territory breakdown.

FAQ

Why does Manifest need my App Store Connect API key?

To pull the same analytics reports you'd see in App Store Connect. We recommend a dedicated key scoped to the narrow "Sales and Reports" role, not your Account Holder key. It's encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it's stored and only decrypted in memory while talking to Apple.

Do you use AI on my data?

No. Every figure Manifest shows is a sum, ratio, or difference over Apple's own reports — nothing is estimated or AI-generated. "Copy for AI" only copies text to your clipboard so you can paste it into an AI chat you already use; Manifest never sends your data anywhere itself.

What happens if I cancel or a payment fails?

Your account falls back to Ledger, an internal restricted plan: one tracked app, the trailing 90 days, no CSV export. Nothing is deleted — the full record is retained, and upgrading anytime restores access to everything already recorded.

Why do you need a payment method just to start a free trial?

So the trial continues without interruption if you decide to keep it — you will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then from Manage billing.

My app shows "waiting on Apple" — is that a bug?

No. Apple can take roughly two weeks to start reporting for a newly enabled app. Manifest shows that honestly as "waiting on Apple" rather than a zero, since a gap in Apple's reporting is not the same thing as no activity.

How many apps can I track?

Indie tracks up to 8 apps, Studio is unlimited. You can untrack an app you don't need right now and re-track it later at no cost — untracking just doesn't free a slot for a different app, so it can't be used to work around the limit.
