1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Manifest, an App Store Connect analytics record provided by Randy Ventures. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate account information, protect your password, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. App Store Connect access
You may connect only App Store Connect accounts and applications you are authorized to access. You grant Manifest permission to use the credentials you provide solely to request analytics and related account data needed to operate the service. Do not use Manifest to access another party’s data without permission.
4. The analytics record
Apple generally exposes a rolling analytics window of about fourteen days and may delay, omit, or restate reports. Manifest keeps successfully collected reports and distinguishes an uncovered metric from an explicit zero. We cannot recover data Apple no longer provides or guarantee that Apple will publish any report on a particular date.
5. Plans and billing
Plan features and prices are shown before purchase. New subscriptions to Indie or Studio begin with a 7-day trial; a payment method is collected at signup, and if you do not cancel before the trial ends, billing begins automatically at the plan’s listed price. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription, including during the trial, through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access may continue through the paid or trial period already in progress. An account that loses paid entitlement — by cancellation, a failed payment, or the end of an unconverted trial — falls back to Ledger, an internal restricted plan: one tracked app, a trailing 90-day view, and no CSV export. Manifest does not delete data on a downgrade; the full record is retained and an upgrade restores access to it. Applicable plan limits may pause tracked apps or restrict visible history after a downgrade, but Manifest does not intentionally replace missing metrics with zero.
6. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, bypass plan or security controls, probe another tenant’s data, upload malicious material, resell access without permission, or use Manifest unlawfully.
7. Ownership
You retain rights in your account data and analytics reports. Randy Ventures retains rights in Manifest, including its software, design, documentation, and branding. These Terms give you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service while your account remains active.
8. Availability and warranties
Manifest is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties. Apple, Stripe, hosting providers, network failures, and reporting changes can affect availability.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Randy Ventures will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for analytics Apple never made available. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Manifest during the twelve months before the claim.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access to protect the service, other tenants, or comply with law. You may stop using Manifest at any time and delete your hosted account from Account settings after confirming your password. Manifest cancels active Stripe billing before removing tenant data; revoke your App Store Connect key separately in Apple. Contact us for export assistance or questions about a deletion request.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as Manifest changes. Material updates will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
